Positive thoughts can have a tremendous uplifting effect in our lives. You can not entertain weak, harmful, negative thoughts ten hours a day and expect to bring about beautiful, strong and harmonious conditions by ten minutes of strong, positive, creative thoughts. Positive thinking does not wok that way. It has to be a consistent, ongoing effort on the user's part to be in positive vibration with his surroundings. The more consistent you have positive thoughts in your mind, the easier it becomes for positive thinking to take over the negative thoughts. What are of the techniques to induce positive thoughts into your mind?

You can use the

Mirror Technique
Stand in front of a full length mirror, preferably naked and start at your head working down your body and voice out anything loud you like about your body. You can say something like "I simply love my biceps." or” I love my butt, it rocks" take the time and go slowly over all your body building up a more positive image of yourself.

Rubbish bin Technique
Write down any negative thoughts that popped out from your mind on a piece of paper. Crush the paper hard and throw it into the rubbish bin. By doing this, you are sending a strong message to yourself that these negative thoughts are worthless and they truly belongs to place called the rubbish bin.

Anywhere Technique
From the name, you can guess that this technique is handy as you can use it at anywhere and anytime. Every time you have a negative thought, visualize yourself turning down a volume knob such that it is low enough not to hear any negative thought. Think of a positive thought and turn the volume up and hear yourself saying the positive thought over and over again.

With that, you are now equipped with three empowering positive thinking techniques that will have the power to change your daily thinking. The rewards of positive thinking are immense. However, do not mistake that positive thinking is a cure-all for all your problems. Positive thinking in a negative situation keeps you optimistic and open-minded to possible solutions to your problems. That's the power of positive thinking.
