InfoPool.WebVerve.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice

1. You agree that all the work you submit is original work created by you and that you hold all copyrights to the works. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit. Copyright disputes of any kind will result in immediate deletion of the article in question.

2. You agree that InfoPool.WebVerve.com is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our directory and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.

3. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in InfoPool.Webverve.com’s directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.

4. InfoPool.WebVerve.com reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong. Without prior notice InfoPool.WebVerve.com may correct spelling and grammar, translate your article into various languages, and carry out other formatting and editing which does not alter the text or meaning of your article. Your article will remain complete with your resource box.

5. InfoPool.Webverve.com may include advertising in any format deemed appropriate on pages with your articles.

6. By submitting your articles to InfoPool.WebVerve.com, you agree to allow us to:

• Publish your article on InfoPool.WebVerve.com and any of its article directory partners.
• Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
• Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.

7. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body or resource box of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it in your resource box.

8. You will not submit an article that links, endorse, or promotes to Web Sites, Ezines, RSS Feeds or Newsletters that promote:

• Offensive Content - including, but not limited to: Porn / Sexually Related, Racism / Hate / Otherwise Derogatory, Violation of Individual Rights, Gambling
• Illegal activity - including, but not limited to: Libel or Slander towards an individual or entity, Copyright infringement (e.g.mp3/DVD downloads)
• Prescription drug sales
• Malicious activity - including, but not limited to: Warez, Hacking, Security Subversion

InfoPool.WebVerve.com's policy prohibits the use of copyrighted material in a manner that violates the copyright owner's rights. In general, this means that authors should only submit his/her original work created by them and that they hold all copyrights to the works. Copyright disputes of any kind will result in immediate deletion of the article in question.

Copyright of the articles submitted to InfoPool.WebVerve.com resides with the authors who submit to our directory, not with us. As a result of this, InfoPool.WebVerve.com has no legal standing to enforce copyright on behalf of authors. If a publisher or user violates copyright or neglects to follow the guideline and terms for publisher, the ultimate responsibility and expense to take any action against that user will rest with the author.

The InfoPool.WebVerve.com is a free content article directory. As a user you may publish or re-print any article posted in our database subject to these terms and conditions and any others that generally apply to free content articles.

1. You must not remove "Article Source: http://www.InfoPool.WebVerve.com" from each article you choose to publish.

2. Links will be left functional with no syntax changes (No rel="nofollow" tag in HREF statements).

3. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

4. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to resource box, and any links provided by the author. URL in the resource box should be set as hyperlink.

5. You must keep all text of the article intact and without any modifications; you must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.

6. You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.

7. You agree to never use any articles obtained from this directory in any form of spam or on solicited mail.

8. You agree to never use bots, content scrapers, article crawlers or any other automated software with the intent of indexing articles on InfoPool.WebVerve.com. Offenders will be blocked from accessing InfoPool.WebVerve.com.

9. You may not use an article on any Web site, Ezines, newsletter, RSS feed or any other form of content delivery that promotes any of the following:

• Offensive Content - including, but not limited to: Porn / Sexually Related, Racism / Hate / Otherwise Derogatory, Violation of Individual Rights, Gambling

Publishers should be aware that there is significant exposure if they are found to be in violation of copyright laws. Publishers who violate copyright law are legally liable and subject to possible fines.
